Refund policy

RETURNS

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on any product(s) purchased.

However we will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours of the receipt of your order, please take a picture of the item(s) along with a screenshot of your order confirmation email, and email our customer care team at info@moonchildbeauty.co.uk for further assistance.

Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of credit on a STORE GIFT CARD.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Prior to submitting your order please review your details to ensure they are correct. Packages are sent to the address entered at checkout.
